Fuengirola is a city in southern Spain that belongs to the autonomous region of Andalusia and is located on the Mediterranean Sea in the Costa del Sol region. Especially in the summer, the city is full of vacationers, Spaniards and foreigners. From Fuengirola, it is easy to make various day trips to, for example, Málaga or other cities on the Costa del Sol. They are easily accessible by train, which runs several times a day, from morning to evening. The train runs along the beach in some places, and that in itself is a nice way to see the surrounding area. It is also convenient that Málaga train station is right next to the airport, so traveling from the airport to Fuengirola is convenient by train.
